- After 16 years of serving the Lowcountry, d.d. Peckers’ Wing Shack will close on Jan. 23. The neighborhood wing joint, located at 1660 Savannah Hwy., posted a heartfelt goodbye on Facebook + invited community members to come by before its last day. (Holy City Sinner)
Coming Soon
- Donut worry, be happy. The former Mama Brown’s BBQ at 2840 US Hwy. 17 in Mt. Pleasant will become a new Dunkin’ location. No opening date has been announced yet. ☕ (The Post and Courier)

- Marina Suites at 670 Marina Dr. is a new private “boat to work” office space on Daniel Island. The space offers conference facilities, warehouse availability, mail and technology services, and free parking. The boutique waterfront suites are now available for leasing opportunities.
Real Estate
- After a quarter-century of vacancy, the former Naval Office Building in North Charleston may be converted into a luxury apartment. Real estate company Camino Verde Group plans to convert this six-story, $12 million building into residential + retail space. (WCIV)

- The Charleston Battery soccer team has released its full 2022 schedule for the regular season. The new season will kick off on March 12 at Patriots Point against Oklahoma’s FC Tulsa — the first match with new head coach Conor Casey. ⚽
