Don’t Throw  Away Your Shot  At Seeing Hamilton! Have Your Tickets Ready!

We are so excited to bring you ‘Hamilton’ as the opening show of our Best of Broadway 2022-23 season.Here is some important information to ensure you don’t miss this incredible performance!

You have been mailed physical tickets for entry into your performance time. Please verify that you received your tickets and that you know the date and time of your performance. If you miss your performance time we will not be able to get you into an alternate performance as we expect this to be a sold out event.

If you prefer to use your mobile tickets in your Account Manager account you can do so, but make sure you can log into your account in advance and can view your Hamilton tickets. Please note that if using mobile tickets that the barcodes can only be viewed on a smart phone. Due to the number of people attending the show, it can slow down access to Wi-Fi, so we do recommend using your physical tickets. Hamilton tickets will not be viewable until 2 weeks prior to your performance date.

Make sure you bring the correct tickets with you to your performance. We expect long lines at Will Call that may delay entry to the venue and we do not want you to miss a second of this amazing show.

Please bring a Photo ID. If you require any assistance with your tickets we will need verification that you are the account holder or authorized user.

We will have a clear bag policy in effect. You will not be allowed to bring a bag larger than 4.5” x 6.5” unless it is a clear bag, or diaper bag, or for medical necessity.

Our doors open 1 hour prior to the performance start time. Please plan accordingly. Hamilton will have sold out shows so we do expect a large volume of cars. Allow plenty of time to park, walk to the venue, and visit the Ticket Office if you have any ticket issues. We want you to be able to enjoy every second of your Hamilton experience.

If your performance date is for Friday, 15 July @ 7:30PM please be aware that we do have a concert scheduled for that same evening in the coliseum. Please allow additional time to park and make your way to the Performing Arts Center.

If you purchased additional tickets to Hamilton please make sure you know how to access those tickets. If you purchased additional tickets through Account Manager your additional tickets would have been mailed along with your season tickets – so please bring those physical tickets to your performance. If you purchased additional tickets from the Ticket Office windows you would have been sent a text link to access those tickets, please verify you have that link. If you purchased through Ticketmaster or any other online retailer, please make sure you follow the instructions from that retailer on how to access your tickets. Most additional tickets will be mobile tickets. DO NOT wait until you arrive at the performance to verify you can log into an account and access your tickets. We have the ability to access direct Ticketmaster sales, but we have no access to tickets purchased through any other online retailer. As a friendly reminder, we may have long lines at Will Call; verifying that you can access your tickets prior to your arrival will prevent you from standing in a long line. We know you are excited to attend Hamilton and do not want you to miss your show.

1. The North Charleston Coliseum and Performing Arts center Ticket Office and Ticketmaster.com are the only official ticketing sites for the NCCPAC’s upcoming engagement of Hamilton. If you want to be assured your tickets are valid and that you pay the face value price, you must purchase through our ticket office or online directly from Ticketmaster.com. The NCCPAC is not affiliated and does not cooperate with any resellers and can’t confirm the validity or stand behind tickets purchased from broker/reseller sites. 

2. Please keep in mind, when you buy from a broker:

• We are not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties.
• We cannot replace your tickets if they are lost or stolen.
• We cannot issue a refund to you in case of an event cancellation.
• We cannot guarantee that your tickets are valid and therefore, cannot guarantee admittance.
• You may be paying much more than the tickets’ face value.
• We cannot contact you with information regarding time changes, show cancellations or other information.

3. If you purchased your Hamilton tickets through Ticketmaster or any other online retailer, please make sure you follow the instructions from that retailer on how to access your tickets. • Do not wait until the day of your performance to verify how to access/view your tickets

• Verify how you purchased your tickets e.g. Box Office window or online retailer?
• If you purchased directly from the Box Office window you will have mobile tickets – you were provided a text message with a direct link to your tickets when you purchased
• If you purchased online through Ticketmaster make sure you know your login information prior to your performance date, e.g. verify that you are using the correct email address to log into your Ticketmaster account or Ticketmaster App and verify that you know how to access your tickets on your mobile device
• If you purchased from an online broker/reseller make sure you know what company you purchased your tickets from. Make sure you have their contact information with you. Most broker/resellers either have you log into an account to view your tickets or send you an email with a link to accept the tickets. Please verify how to access your tickets days in advance of your performance so that you have time to contact the company to resend you the link if you did not get one or to assist you with accessing your tickets. We DO NOT have the ability to access tickets purchased through a broker/reseller
• If you purchased your tickets privately from a friend or Facebook posting etc. it is important to make sure you have completed the ticket transfer process and can view the tickets that were transferred to you. If a ticket is transferred and you have not accepted that transfer we will not be able to print those tickets. Work with the seller to ensure you can view and access your tickets well in advance of your performance. If you were provided physical tickets and lose or forget them we will not be able to reprint those tickets as the account holders name has to match your Photo ID
• Mobile tickets will not be viewable until 2 weeks prior to your performance time
• We cannot print mobile Hamilton tickets
• Make sure your mobile device is fully charged prior to heading to the venue
• We will ask for a Photo ID for all Will Call and if we need to access an account to assist you
• Doors will open 1 hour in advance of all performances. Please allow plenty of time to arrive at the venue, park, and get Ticket Office assistance if needed
• Most importantly – enjoy Hamilton!

Response to Fraudulent Tickets

While it is tempting to get tickets any way you can, there are many sites and people who are selling overpriced, and in some cases, fraudulent tickets. For the best seats, the best prices and to eliminate the risk of counterfeit tickets, all purchases for the North Charleston Coliseum and Performing Arts Center should be made through NCCPAC/Ticketmaster.com at the appropriate time.

Response to Group Ticket Reselling Policy

Should it come to the attention of the North Charleston Coliseum and Performing Arts Center management that the ticket purchaser is a ticket broker, all current and future orders may be cancelled without notice or justification of action.

Response to Resale Policy

Your ticket(s) is a revocable seat license. The North Charleston Coliseum and Performing Arts Center reserves the right to void your ticket(s) and refund your purchase if we discover you resell your ticket(s) for more than $10 (plus applicable sales taxes and fees) above the face value on the ticket(s).

Fans are strongly encouraged to not bring any types of bags to the North Charleston Coliseum & PAC, however, outlined below are types of bags that will be permitted:

- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 14” x 6” x 14”
- One-gallon plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
- Small clutch bags, with or without a handle or strap, not to exceed 4.5” x 6.5”
- An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at designated entrances specifically for this purpose.
- Diaper bags will be allowed for families with infants and toddlers. Child must be present.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, seat cushions, luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera bags, or any bag larger than the permissible size.

Fans will continue to be able to carry items allowed into the venues such as non-professional cameras, binoculars, and smartphones as long as they are in their pockets or one of the approved bags outlined above.

Face coverings are encouraged, but not required, for entry into all city-owned facilities including the North Charleston Coliseum, Performing Arts Center, and Charleston Area Convention Center.
